As a circus performer, Veneta worked as an acrobat on the Russian swing and balance on the perch, and later as a juggernaut on horses and balance on the high wire in Manat Eshimbekov's troupe.
Veneta participated in many international circus festivals and won a number of awards. She worked at the world famous Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in the United States as an acrobat on Russian swing in troupe Stefani.
Veneta Stefanova graduated from NATFA with a master's degree in Art Management in Performing Arts and Industries and Vasil Levski National Sports Academy.
In 2003, Veneta and Lachezar created Stefani Art Agency, which quickly rose to become one of the leading circus agencies in the world. Their artists dominate many famous international shows and have won awards at numerous festivals, including the Golden Clown at the Monte Carlo Festival in 2017, the Golden Elephant at the Festival of Spain in 2023.

Lachezar Stefanov

Lachezar Stefanov began his circus career as a gymnast, gymnast, before turning to one of the most difficult circus disciplines - The Russian swing. He created the first private Russian swing acrobatic troupe in Bulgaria, known as the "Stefani Troupe".
The troupe has been working around the world for 10 years, with the culmination of the Stefanie troupe's career being a contract with the largest circus in the world - Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in the United States of America. In 1994, they won a gold award at the "Spring Festival of Friendship" in Pyongyang (Korea) with a circus number - Russian Lyulka's acrobats, and as a participant in Eshimbekov's troupe - horse jigitovka, Lachezar Stefanov won a gold award at the International Circus Festival Golden Circus in Rome (Italy) in 1994 , as well as first prize at the International Circus Festival in Massy (France) in 2001.
Through Stefani Art Agency, Lachezar had the honour of representing Bulgaria in the world’s largest International Cultural Forum in St Petersburg.
Lachezar Stefanov has been invited, on numerous occasions, to be part of the International Jury, representing Bulgaria, in some of the largest and most important circus festivals in the world…… including the Wuchao International Circus Festival in China and the Hanoi International Circus Festival in Vietnam.
