2 International Festival of Circus Arts

The second International Festival of Circus Arts, "ALMATY CIRCUS FESTIVAL," supported by the Akimat of Almaty, has concluded at the Kazakh State Circus.

Performers from 18 countries showcased their talents, including representatives from China, Russia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Argentina, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Vietnam, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Armenia, Tajikistan, Yakutia, Kyrgyzstan, and Ethiopia.

Stefani Art featured three acts:

• Dancing  Trapeze by Joan Godinho from Portugal
• Icarian Games on the Board Acrobatics by The Black Eagles from Ethiopia
• Aerial Straps Act by Yuchan from Japan

The GRAND PRIX was won by the ropers "Triple Breath" led by Kristina Vorobyova (Uzbekistan).
GOLDEN prizes:
 aerial gymnast Maria Terentyeva with her combination "Look at the Sun" (Russia).
 the show "Duo Antresol" in the ring by Svetlana Mihnyuk and Alina Gabasova (Russia).
 tightrope walker Wong Mengchen (China).
SILVER PRIZES
Aerial harness duet "Flying in the Rain" of Marina Starodubova and Dayana Zhetpisov 
 Black Eagles from the Icarian Games (Ethiopia).
"Trained Dogs" r, directed by Yevgeny Komisarenko (Russia).

 BRONZE awards:
Trapeze artist Kimberly Zavata, "Strength" (Italy).
 Roman Kronzhko and Angelina Prokhorova - aerial strap duet "Caught in the Rain" (Ukraine).

SPECIAL AWARDS and INVITATIONS

The clown Davis Vassalo (Italy) received a special award from the Akimat of Almaty.|
The special award of the Great Moscow State Circus on Vernadsky Avenue was awarded to the trapeze artist Kristina Ermolinskaya in the performance "I'm not there" (Russia).
An invitation to the International Festival of Circus Arts in Italy was received by the aerial harness duet "Flight in the Rain" Marina Starodubova and Diana Zhetpisova under the leadership of the Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kurmangali Dosbatirov (Almaty, Kazakhstan).
A special award from the Chinese National Acrobatic Troupe was awarded to the "UNIQUM" Acrobatic Four, leader Daniil Leontiev, coach Vitaly Shulga (Russia).
The winner of the special award of the Chinese National Acrobatic Troupe was the aerial duet of straps "Caught in the Rain" by Roman Kronzhko and Angelina Prokhorova (Ukraine).
A special award from the Chinese National Acrobatic Troupe was awarded to the group of jugglers "Virtuoso" led by Nurim Kulenbaev (Astana, Kazakhstan).
A special award from the president of the International Circus Festival in the city of Saint-Paul-les-Daux, Bruno Laloy (France), was presented to aerialist Anastasia Kovalenko in the performance "Birth of Music" (Belarus).
A special award from the general director of "Armoni Organizayon" Ahmet Ekşi (Turkey) was given to the aerial duet of straps "Flight in the rain" of Marina Starodubova and Dayan Zhetpisov under the leadership of the honored figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kurmangali. Dosbatirov (Almaty, Kazakhstan).
The winners of the special award of the General Director of "Armoni Organization" Ahmet Eksi (Turkey) were the rope players "Triple Breath" led by Kristina Vorobyova (Uzbekistan).
A special award from the general director of Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione Odette Bouglione (Paris, France) was given to the head of the company "Trained cats" Asel Saralaeva (Russia).
A special award from the Russian State Circus Troupe was awarded to the aerial artist Mastona Sobirzoda in the performance "Force of Destiny" (Tajikistan).
A special award from the Union of Circus Artists (Russia) went to the "Ayat" group, mast acrobats under the leadership of Farhat Tolokov (Kyrgyzstan).
An invitation to the International Festival of Circus Art "Without Borders" (St. Petersburg, Russian Federation) was received by the ropers "Triple Breath" led by Kristina Vorobyova (Uzbekistan).
An invitation to the International Festival of Circus Art "Princess of the Circus" (Saratov, Russia) was received by "Entresol Duo" Svetlana Mihniuk and Alina Gabasova (Russia).
A special award of the "Tajik State Circus" was awarded to artists Hoang An and Phuong Dong Stein Trape (Vietnam).
The special award of the "Tajik State Circus" went to the acrobatic foursome "UNIKUM", leader Daniil Leontiev, coach Vitaly Shulga (Russia).
The special prize of the State Circus of Tajikistan was awarded to tight-wire acrobat Nicole Nichols (Spain).
A special award from the production company "MegaArt" and "JNT" (Georgia) was given to the aerial duet of harnesses Marina Starodubova and Diana Zhetpisovo.
